6 months to 4 years

For our youngest members! Parents or caregivers will participate with their child in an interactive program catered to developing important physical milestones but also exposing them to various sensory stimuli. Core strength, grip strength, balance, and spatial awareness will all be explored using toddler-friendly equipment, props, and tumbling mats.

CRAWLER FIT (6 to 15 months)

Our littlest members will be introduced to movement with our coaches gently helping them to explore their surroundings. They’ll experience being upside down, learning to balance, using their core and grip, and engaging with other friends their size! Despite the name, crawling is not a pre-requisite.

Offered Tuesdays 10:30a, Wednesdays 11:30a

Our caring coaches will guide your child through this stage as they start to discover waddling, walking, running and jumping on their own. They will build upon skills in the previous class and be exposed to new rides and tumbling drills, challenging and strengthening their spatial awareness.

WADDLER FIT (1 to 2.5 years)

TODDLER FIT (2.5 to 4 years)

Our older toddlers will learn beginner sports skills and increase their proficiency with fine and gross motor work. Although parent participation is still required, their independence will grow as they interact with the coaches more and more on their own, increasing not only their physical abilities but social skills, like following directions and cooperating in a group, as well. They will burst with a sense of pride and self-esteem!
