ACADEMY
Engaging strength and conditioning classes will introduce safe and age-appropriate weight lifting along with higher skill gymnastics and different circuit or interval workouts to build stamina and heart health. Our teens will learn to realize that a structured movement regimen is beneficial for their quality of life as they get older, in more ways than they might think.

TEENS S+C1
12 to 13 years
These introductory strength + conditioning classes are perfect for pre-teens and offer a non-intimidating environment for learning new skills. They will get stronger and more agile under the watchful eye of our coaches. A great option for those that may be entirely new to a gym environment, are interested in learning about weight lifting and/or would prefer to be with more kids right around their age. Their fitness and their confidence will skyrocket!
Offered Tuesdays 7:30p and/or Wednesdays 6:30p

TEENS S+C
12 to 16 years+
These strength + conditioning classes will teach safe and age-appropriate weight lifting along with higher skill gymnastics and also include new interval workouts each day. Our teens will learn that a structured movement regimen is beneficial for their quality of life as they move into adulthood in more ways than they might think (improved focus, mood, self-confidence, sleep, nutrition habits, the list goes on and on!).
Offered Tuesdays 4:30p, Thursdays 5:30p and/or Saturdays 10:00a
